Lara Kaufman, Architect, is a Design Director based in Studio Gang’s New York office. As Studio Gang’s Sustainability & Climate Action Lead, she oversees the Studio’s Sustainability Task Force and advises project teams across all offices on decarbonization strategies and design approaches for water conversation, site ecologies, and healthy materials. She is currently an advisor for the David Rubenstein Treehouse at Harvard University, which is targeting Living Building Challenge’s Core Green Building Certification and Materials Petal.
Lianne Koczur has a PhD in Wildlife Science with a focus on avian ecology and conservation. She moved to Alabama in 2019 and is the Science and Conservation Director at Alabama Audubon. She works for a verity of research and conservation projects across the state.
