Join us for a virtual presentation February 22, from 12 PM – 1 PM.

“Preserving the Legacy of the Civil Rights Movement, Protecting the Campsites and Telling the Stories From Selma to Montgomery.”

Phillip Howard, lead consultant at the Conservation Fund will provide participants with an approach to protect Alabama’s historically significant Civil Rights sites.
We are also excited to welcome Tiffany Tolbert of the National Trust for Historic Preservation and Jorge Acevedo of the National Parks Service to speak on behalf of their work in correlation to the Selma to Montgomery campsites.
