dreamARCHITECTURE
Our elementary school outreach program, dreamARCHITECTURE, is an annual art competition that encourages K-5 children to think about their built environment. Contest themes vary each year, allowing students to express their creativity through drawing their dream house, zoo, park and more. This wildly successful program sees participation from nearly 2,000 area children in Birmingham each year. In 2015, we expanded our program to serve schools in the Huntsville and Mobile areas.

Our 2026 dreamARCHITECTURE Birmingham Awards Ceremony was one for the books! With a record number of attendees, we celebrated repeat, as well as first time winners and their amazing designs. Hosted on May 7th, 2026, at Architecture Works event space, SawWorks, parents, grandparents, designers, and young architects gathered to celebrate all 32 winning dream hotels!

Our 2026 dreamARCHITECTURE Mobile Awards Ceremony was a blast! Hosted on March 31st, 2026 at the architecture firm Watermark Design Group, parents, grandparents, designers, & young architects gathered to celebrate all 18 winning dream hotels!
Huntsville
Our 2026 dreamARCHITECTURE Huntsville Awards Ceremony was a blast! Hosted on March 3rd, 2026 for the 4th year at the Stovehouse Event Center, parents, grandparents, designers, & young architects gathered to celebrate the 29 winning dream hotels!
